Luckily for us, for a woman with a royal title attached to her name, many of Kate’s go-to products also happen to be surprisingly accessible—much like her low-key beauty look. Skincare
When you’re a working royal with three kids, you don’t have a lot of down time. So it’s no wonder Beuti Skincare’s multi-tasking Beauty Sleep Elixir found a place in the royal beauty cabinet as it literally works while you sleep. Add it to your nightly routine for hydrated, smoother, more glowing skin. The serum works so well, that Kate reportedly has three bottles by her bedside table.
Kate is also said to be fond of rosehip oil—particularly the certified organic version made by the beauty brand Trilogy. The product became so popular after word got out that Kate was a fan that according to the Huffington Post, a bottle of it sold once every 20 seconds. Rosehip oil promises a number of beauty benefits: it helps fade dark spots, has inflammatory properties, and can help soothe dry skin. Kate reportedly began using it on her face while she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte.
Kate has been using the Oxygen Swiss skincare line Karen Herzog for years. According to AOL she is loyal to the Vita-A-Kombi 1 moisturizing cream, Professional Cleansing Gel, and the Oxygen Face cream. In fact, the “Royal Oxygen Regime” was apparently Catherine’s pre-wedding 4-step beauty ritual.

Nails
Kate favors a natural nail look. She keeps her manicure neat, on the shorter side, and square in shape. The DailyMail reports that she usually gets the “60 minute royal manicure” with her manicurist Marina Sandoval. On her wedding day in 2011, Sandoval painted Kate’s nails with a combination of Essie nail polish in Allure and Bourjois’ So Laque ultra-shine nail enamel.
Makeup
Kate loves to play up her eyes and has shared that the secret to her royal smoky eye was the now-discontinued Urban Decay Naked eye shadow palette. But fear not, for those looking to emulate Kate’s signature look, the brand has since come out with several new iterations of the beloved collection of neutral shades, including the matte Naked2 Basics Palette and the rosy-nude Naked3. Her mascara of choice to top off that smoky eye is Lancôme’s Hypnose Mascara.

The rumored royal shampoo of choice that keeps Kate’s locks so bouncy? Kerastase Discipline Bain Oleo Relax smoothing shampoo. While the princess has never confirmed her use of the product, there are a few more potions that appear to have a more confirmed pedigree. Back in 2018, hairstylist Amanda Cook Tyler committed something of a royal insider faux pas by posting an image of the supplies she’d brought along on a trip with Kate to her Instagram (she subsequently deleted the whole account.) Among the collection were fan-favorite stylers like L’Oreal Paris Elnett Satin Hairspray and Kiehl’s Creme with Silk Groom.
Scent
Kate cannot get enough of this bright scent from Jo Malone London. In fact, she loves the orange and water lily notes so much that she had Orange Blossom candles lit in Westminster Abbey for her wedding day.
