Rapper and entrepreneur Jay Z created $10 million fund for startups, saying people of color have missed out on the marijuana boom while they have been disproportionately punished for involvement in the drug where it is illegal.Jay-Z is creating a $10 million fund to invest in minority-owned cannabis startups. “We were the ones most negatively affected by the war on drugs,” the rapper said. “America has turned around and created a business from it that’s worth billions.”
