Kerry Washington attended The Limited ‘Scandal’ Collection Launch Event to promote the limited edition ‘Scandal’ inspired clothing collection  on September 23  , 2014

Kerry  wore a   sleeveless   tie-dye denim-bustier  peplum design outfit   from Giles Deacon  Resort 2015.

She styled her look with a navy velvet Roger Vivier bow-accented sandals  along with an  embellished clutch.
