Launched during Reggae Month, and kick off to NY Fashion Week, Roots Rock Style celebrates the visual legacy of reggae’s foundations—roots consciousness, revolutionary rhythm, and authentic style—while spotlighting the designers, artists, and cultural storytellers who continue to translate reggae’s spirit into contemporary fashion and creative expression.
At the heart of this experience is the ROOTS. RHYTHM. STYLE. Exhibition, a powerful cultural showcase that traces the evolution of reggae and dancehall fashion across eras—from ska sharpness and roots-era symbolism to dancehall excess, street luxury, and modern global runway influence.
