Hollywood glam met cultural pride on the red carpet at the 4th Annual Gold Gala hosted by Gold House, the leading nonprofit collective that champions Asian Pacific creatives and entrepreneurs. Held in Los Angeles, the star-studded evening celebrated the achievements and influence of the Asian Pacific community across entertainment, fashion, business, and social impact.
The Gold Gala, often dubbed “The Asian Met Gala,” lived up to its name with a stunning display of style and sophistication. Celebrities, influencers, and industry leaders arrived dressed to impress, bringing modern interpretations of heritage fashion and high couture to the gold-accented carpet.
Fashion Highlights and Star Power
The event saw breathtaking looks from some of the biggest names in entertainment. Actress and producer Lucy Liu stunned in a sculptural gold ensemble, while Simu Liu, star of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, brought classic elegance in a sleek black tuxedo with subtle gold embroidery. Rising star Stephanie Hsu made waves in a bold avant-garde gown that paid homage to her cultural roots with a contemporary twist.
Everything Everywhere All at Once co-directors Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert joined the celebration alongside cast members, further cementing the film’s impact on Asian representation in Hollywood.
Honoring Excellence and Legacy
The Gold Gala is not just a celebration of fashion and fame—it honors trailblazers. The evening featured the unveiling of the A100 List, which recognizes the 100 most impactful Asians and Pacific Islanders in culture and innovation. Honorees this year included music icon Bruno Mars, chef and entrepreneur Roy Choi, fashion designer Prabal Gurung, and actress Awkwafina, among others.
Gold House also recognized legacy awardees who have paved the way for generations to come. The powerful message of cultural solidarity and excellence was at the heart of the evening’s festivities.
A Community United in Impact
Beyond the glitz, the Gold Gala also served as a catalyst for unity and empowerment. The event brought together changemakers from diverse industries, reinforcing Gold House’s mission to elevate the Asian Pacific community while fostering cross-cultural partnerships.
As flashbulbs lit up the carpet and heartfelt speeches echoed through the venue, the 4th Annual Gold Gala proved once again that representation matters—and that when communities are celebrated and empowered, they shine even brighter.
