ABOUT TEMI OTEDOLA:
Temi Otedola is a Nigerian actress, podcaster, creator, and investor who began her career with the launch of her blog JTO in 2014. This blog was the perfect conduit between Africa and Global Luxury Fashion, Beauty, Art, and Culture and cemented her as an authority in the space leading her to collaborations with brands such as Moncler, Gucci, MAC, and Bonhams.
In 2020, Otedola marked her entry into the film world with her leading role in the Netflix Original Film ‘Citation.’ Her exceptional performance as ‘Moremi’ established her as a prominent figure among Africa’s emerging actors. Subsequently, Temi featured in the Amazon Prime Original ‘The ‘Man for the Job’ and will lead in a Nigerian horror film that will be released on the platform later this year, she has also showcased her talents on stage in ‘Motherland: The Musical’. Temi’s ambitions in TV and film go beyond the screen, as well as writing a book herself, she is seeking the rights to books from her favorite authors to bring unique African stories to world cinema and TV in the most authentic way.
Additionally, Temi is the co-host of the charting podcast ‘How Far,’ in collaboration with her fiancé, Mr Eazi, exploring topics around relationships, social issues and entertainment. Aside of her impressive career, she is a huge advocate for eradicating long-term poverty and building generational wealth through investment and is an ambassador of the ‘Women At Risk Foundation,’ which advocates for women who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault.
