Kylie Jenner attended New York’s biggest fashion event Met Gala wearing a custom Jean Paul Gaultier asymmetric dress with a thigh-high leg slit.
Kylie wore a red Jean Paul Gaultier by Haider Ackermann gown and matching coat with light-blue silk fabric on the inside. Her look was styled with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry to The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Benefit in New York City. The Met’s new exhibit, “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” provided the theme for the evening.
Jenner wore a one-shoulder gown with an asymmetrical neckline and hem.
This year’s theme of the Met Gala is “Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty,” based on the new Costume Institute exhibition exploring the work of the iconic designer. Lagerfeld, who died in 2019 at the age of 85, spent decades creating clothes for Balmain, Patou, Chloe, Fendi and Chanel in addition to his own namesake label.
