WHAT: On Monday, May 1st, Dom Pérignon joined forces with Dua Lipa as the Champagne of choice for the pop icon’s first-ever Met Gala after-party. In celebration of her participation as one of four 2023 co-chairs for the A-list fashion event of the year, the famed singer, songwriter, and model selected the just released Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 and luminous bottles of Vintage 2012 to be the one and only Champagne poured at the exclusive celebration.
The soirée welcomed VIPs from Met Gala regulars to first-timers at the Lower East Side’s new nightclub Virgo. The Martinez Brothers DJ’d and Dua Lipa toasted with Dom Pérignon into the early hours of the morning.

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2012
A year full of paradoxes or winemaking, 2012 gave birth to a great vintage, surmounting multiple challengers. Nature proved unpredictable, but the results revealed tremendous promise, with grapes showing a balance between freshness and generosity.
The Vintage 2012 has a dominating energy, surging effervescence, and tonic sensation. Focused by acidic and bitter notes, the finish brings a penetrating tautness, marked by ginger, tobacco, and toastiness.
