Dolly Parton Accepts ‘Hitmaker’ Award @ 2020 Billboard ‘Women in Music’ Event
At the 2020 Billboard Women in Music, Parton accepted the hitmaker award from Miley Cyrus. “I’ve never met anyone that doesn’t like Dolly Parton. And it’s safe to say if they don’t like her, it’s only because they love her,” Miley Cyrus said of her “fairy godmother.”
