For the ceremony, Hailey wore a custom floor-length, off-the-shoulder, lace gown with pearl beading designed by Virgil Abloh, artistic director at Louis Vuitton and founder of Off-White, a luxury street-wear brand. The stunning dress featured long sleeves, a sweetheart neckline, a mermaid silhouette with a long train, and a beautiful cathedral veil. The classic and elegant look was given a modern and edgy twist with the addition of “‘TILL DEATH DO US PART” stitched in bold block print towards the end of the veil. Hailey also had several outfit changes. For the rehearsal dinner, she donned a white mini dress by Vivienne Westwood, a Ralph & Russo halterneck gown during the reception, and finally changed into a simple Vera Wang slip dress and casual trainers in the evening.

Although George Clooney’s intentions for a surprise proposal at homedidn’t exactly go to plan, he’s been happily married to Amal Alamuddin since 2014. The dress in question was custom designed by Oscar de la Rentaat 82 years of age; it was the last piece he created before his death later that year. The gown was an off-the-shoulder, ivory design embroidered with pearls, beads, and diamanté accents on the bodice. It also featured a gorgeous lace overlay and a full skirt with a beautiful Chantilly lace trail fourteen-yards long. Amal reportedly paid $380,000 for the dress, which isn’t much compared to the $4.6 total cost of the wedding.
