Taylor Swift was in attendance and received the first-ever Woman of the Decade Award at the 2019 Billboard Women in Music event on Thursday (December 12), held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
She wore Oscar de la Renta Resort 2020 styled with Âme, Marli New York, Ana Khouri and Maxior jewels.
