Meghan, Duchess of Sussex has become the first person to guest edit the September issue of British Vogue. The issue focuses on her choice of “trailblazing changemakers” entitled Forces for Change. The September issue of British Vogue co-edited by The Duchess of Sussex is available on newsstands and digital download from Friday, August 2.
“Guest Editing the September issue of British Vogue has been rewarding, educational and inspiring,” Markle said in a statement. “To deep dive into this process, working quietly behind the scenes for so many months, I am happy to now be able to share what we have created. A huge thanks to all of the friends who supported me in this endeavor, lending their time and energy to help within these pages and on the cover.”
Jane Fonda ,Gemma Chan, and Salma Hayek are among the 15 women included on the issue’s cover. The official Sussex Royal Instagram page says Markle selected women “from all walks of life, each driving impact and raising the bar for equality, kindness, justice and open mindedness.
