Barbie doll of Selma director Ava DuVernay sold out in minutes

 

A Barbie doll of Ava DuVernay   director of Selma  sold out within minutes of going on sale.

Mattel included the American filmmaker as one of six inspirational women in the entertainment industry to have their likeness recreated as one of their famous dolls.

On Monday morning the Ava doll went on sale with all the proceeds donated to Witness and Color of Change charities.
